Absolute Challenges is providing a fully supported ride to enable individuals to raise money for Charities of their choice - but it is hoped that you will choose H4H. It is a challenging @1300 miles that will be completed in 13 stages (Days), accommodation, food and bike maintenance is all included.
This is the inaugural H4H N2T Challenge organised by Absolute Challenges.
The challenge is not a race, but it will test the resolve, determination and fitness of everyone who participates. Mechanics and trained cycle coaches will also ride to assist and enable individuals to enjoy the challenge.
Start: Naples on 27 Jun 14 at 0900hrs.
Finish: Tidworth on 9 Jul 14 at @1500hrs.
Route: 1300 miles (approx).
Individuals will be accommodated in Hotels (sharing) throughout the challenge.
There will be a minimum of three water stops per day, with one being the lunch stop. Although there will be and organised start, individuals will be at liberty to start earlier or later as they desire.
On all Absolute Challenges events, injured servicemen and women will compete to assist with their re-habitation. It is hoped that people will simply have fun and challenge themselves. Other reasons might include raising money for a charitable cause, setting a record, seeing the country or just spending time with friends.
Whatever the reason, it will be an incredible journey through stunning scenery Europe has to offer! No-one involved in will walk away unmoved by their achievement.
The H4H N2T14 challenge will be an outstanding platform for raising money for charitable causes. where you are free to choose the charity of your choice - but it is hoped that you will choose H4H
An initial deposit of £200 (non-refundable) required on registration.
A further deposit of £500 is required by 4 Apr 14 to confirm entry.
Thereafter a final payment of £2250 is required by 4 May 14.
Day Riders - £50; This is for riders wishing just to complete a day’s ride.
Leg Riders - £270 per leg (Not including ferry costs); This covers a days ride and one nights accommodation. It is the riders responsibility to get to the start / hotel / Airport (although if required Absolute Challenges could arrange Pick up and drop Off at an additional cost).
Additional to Silver Level you will be provided with:
Bike service on completion of event
Drop off bikes
Hotel at finish
Spares on event
Entry into competition for a free training weekend in 2014
Individuals wishing to have a room to themselves will need to pay and additional £550. When staying in hostels either a single room or a nearby B&B will be found if available.
